CSV to PDF
Convert a CSV file to PDF. LibreOffice Calc opens the CSV, auto-fits column widths, and exports a clean tabular PDF. File is processed on a secure server and never stored permanently.
Frequently asked questions
- Does my file get uploaded?
- Yes. Converting a CSV to PDF requires LibreOffice Calc running on our secure server. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, converted, and immediately deleted — never stored permanently.
- Will the table formatting be preserved?
- LibreOffice Calc opens the CSV, auto-fits column widths based on the data, and produces a clean tabular PDF with gridlines. The layout will differ from how the CSV looks in Excel or Google Sheets, since CSV files contain no formatting information — LibreOffice applies its own defaults.
- Are different delimiters supported?
- LibreOffice Calc automatically detects the most common delimiters: comma, semicolon, tab, and pipe. Most CSV files will open correctly. If your file uses an unusual delimiter, column alignment may be off.
- How many rows can the file have?
- There is no hard row limit. Large CSV files (10,000+ rows) will produce a multi-page PDF and may take up to 30 seconds to convert.
