Watermark PDF
Stamp your own text across every page of a PDF — diagonal, straight, or tiled, in three strengths — with a placement preview before you download. Runs entirely in your browser; the file is never uploaded. No account, no email.
Frequently asked questions
- Does my file get uploaded?
- No. Page previews are rendered and the watermark is stamped entirely in your browser, on your own device. The PDF never leaves your computer and never reaches a server — which matters most for exactly the kind of confidential document people watermark.
- What can the watermark say and look like?
- Any text up to 60 characters — CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, a client name. Choose diagonal, straight, or tiled layout, three strengths from subtle to bold, and gray or red. The text sizes itself to each page automatically.
- Will it show on scanned pages?
- Yes. The mark is stamped over the page content with transparency, so it is visible on scans too — watermarks placed behind the content disappear under a scanned image.
- Is anything else on my pages changed?
- No. The watermark is added as one transparent layer of text on top of each page. The existing text, images, and layout are untouched — nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed.
